Yummy paneer in a rich makhni gravy to be served with some hot roti or naan.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tomato
  2. 2green chilli
  3. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2TBSP BUTTER
  6. 2tsp oil
  7. 2tsp ginger-garlic paste
  8. 11/2tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. Paneer 250gms
  12. Cream 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. Take tomato chopped green chilli red chilli powder salt in a cooker
  2. Mix it well. Cook till 2 whistles are attained on low flame
  3. Make smooth puree in a mixer
  4. Heat butter in a pan add ginger-garlic paste cook for 2minutes
  5. Add tomato puree stir well cook it for few minutes
  6. Add other spices mix well cook for a minute
  7. Add water to make gravy
  8. Add cream lastly.
