A simple vegetarian recipe with protein packed paneer and flavourful capsicum
Cut capsicum into rings
Dice the potatoes, dip in water. And cut paneer into cubes.
In a pan. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Add onion. Saute till soft. Now add chillies, ginger garlic paste. Cook well.
Add tomato paste. Cook till fat separates. Add turmeric powder, salt , chilli powder and diced potatoes.
Cover and cook for 5 min. On low flame. Add paneer. Mix well and cook covered till potatoes are soft.
Add capsicum rings. Mix well. Cook for 5 more minutes. Add kasuri methi and garam masala.
Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot
