Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice : 3 cups
  2. Tomatos : 2
  3. Potatos : 2
  4. Carrot : 2
  5. Onion : 1
  6. Green chillis : 4
  7. Mint : 2 cups
  8. Gingergarlic paste : 1 tble spoon
  9. Oil : 4 table spoons
  10. Clove : 6
  11. Cinamon : 2 peices
  12. Cardmom : 2
  13. Salt : 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Stove on and heat the coocker.add 4 spns of oil and add hole masala ingredients and fry it.
  2. Then add mint and chopped veggies and fry a minute.
  3. Now add 1 spn gingergarlic paste .Mix it well
  4. After soften all veggies add socked rice and mix it completely.
  5. Now add 6 cups of water for 3 cups of rice.add salt for taste .
  6. Mix it once and close the cooker and cook it till 3 visgils.put simmer for 2 mn and off the stove.
  7. Tasty veg mint rice ready to eat.
