ABOUT Pudina Rice / Mint Rice RECIPE

Pudina rice is very easy to cook and you can prepare them with levftover rice. It s very healthy and every one will love the taste. You can enjoy them in evening, morning breakfast or as evening snack for little hunger.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked Rice 2 Bowl
  2. Mint Leaves 1 Bowl
  3. Raw Mango 1
  4. Green Chilli 2
  5. Cumin Seeds 2 Spoon
  6. Salt
  7. Black Salt 1 Pinch
  8. Black Pepper 2 Pinch
  9. Oil 2 Spoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly make a smooth paste with mint leaves, half Cumin seeds, green chilli, black pepper, raw mango and black salt.
  2. Now take a pan and oil/butter/ghee as per your choice. Add rest of the cumin seeds.
  3. After rosting cumin seeds add leftover rice. Ans mix them in oil nicely. If you don't have leftover rice then cook rice and keep them in air so that they can become little dry.
  4. Now add mint paste and little salt and mix well in rice.
  5. Your pudeena rice are ready.
