Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Mint one hand full
  3. Salt
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. Onion 1
  6. Mustard seeds half tablespoon
  7. Cumin seeds half tablespoon
  8. Red Chilli 2
  9. curry leaves
  10. Green chilli 1
  11. Tamarind small piece
  12. Cinnamon 1
  13. Cardomon 2

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the mint leaves and keep it aside
  2. Grind mint leaves green chillies tamarind to make a smooth paste
  3. He oil in a pan and cinnamon cardomon mustard seeds cumin seeds, red chili curry leaves and onion and saute it for 2 min
  4. Add grinded paste and saute it for 3 mins
  5. Add salt and leftover rice and mix well
