Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Desi ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Peas boiled 1 cup
  5. Onions chopped 1
  6. Mint leaves chopped 1 cup
  7. Gingerchopped 2 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Green chillies chopped 2-3
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tso
  11. Salt tbsp or to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan ,add cumin seeds,ginger, onions,turmeric,greenchilli saute for 5 minutes
  2. Add peas,rice,mint leaves,salt and water and cover with lid
  3. Wait till it starts to boil then turn the heat to low
  4. Check in between and stir only once or twice
  5. When done serve with yoghourt
