Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 glass peeled green peas
  2. 5 table spoon oil
  3. 1 tea spoon ginger paste
  4. 1/2tea spoon cumin seeds
  5. 1/2tea spoon turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tea spoon chilli powder
  7. 1tea spoon salt
  8. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  10. 1/2 tea spoon mango powder
  11. 1 1/2 bowl wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Wash peas. Heat 1 tea spoon oil in a work. Put ginger paste cumin seeds and peas .mix togather cover it .
  2. As the peas cooked put salt half tea spoon, turmeric and mix well.
  3. After 2 minuts add chilli powder coriander powder mango powder garam masala.off the flame .rest for cooling.
  4. Take flour in a bowl add remained half tea spoon salt and make a soft dough
  5. Take a boll from dough flat it and fill peas in center and close the ends . Press on pastry board . Heat a griddle and fry paratha with oil from both sides.
