Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1
  4. Finely chopped green chilly - 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Boiled matar - 1 cup
  7. Boiled n mashed potato - 1 cup
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  12. Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp
  15. Butter - 50 gms
  16. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl mix wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tsp oil to make a soft dough.
  2. Keep aside for 30 mins
  3. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add onion and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add tomato and ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
  5. Add all spices and mix well.
  6. Add boiled peas and saute for two to three mins.
  7. Now add boiled and mashed potato and salt and mix well
  8. Turn off the flame.
  9. Now stuffing is ready
  10. Take a dough roll thin chapati
  11. Heat a pan cook chapati on both the sides and spread the potato peas filling on the chapati and cover with another chapati.
  12. Apply butter on both the sides and cook on a medium flame
  13. Cut into four pieces and serve hot.
