ABOUT Aloo Paratha RECIPE

Paratha stuffed with potato.A healthy age old breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Wheat Flour 1.5 cup
Salt to taste
Mashed Potato 1/2 cup
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chopped coriander
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp amchoor powder
Oil to fry the Paratha
Water to knead dough
Yogurt
Green chili

Instructions

Take wheat flour in stand mixer.Add salt.Gradually mix water and form a soft dough.
Once the dough is made,keep it covered for 10-5 minutes.
Take mashed potato in a bowl,add all the spices,add 3-4 tsp water and form a mixture.
Take a small piece of dough and slightly roll it.Add 2-3 tsp potato mixture inside the dough .
Seal it from both sides.
Again roll it into a round ball and roll it.
Take a rolling pin and roll it into Paratha.
Heat a flat pan ,put the Paratha in the pan,add 1-2 tsp of oil.When one side is slightly done,flip the other side.Aloo Paratha is done.
Serve Paratha with yogurt or pickles and green chillies.
