Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter 1 tbsp
  2. Cauliflower 1 cup chopped
  3. Capsicum 1 cup chopped
  4. Peas 1 cup
  5. Carrot 1 cup chopped
  6. Tomatoes 2 choped
  7. Onion 1 chopped
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  9. Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
  10. Salt acc to taste
  11. Turmeric 1 tbsp
  12. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  13. Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  14. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  15. Lemon half
  16. 2 boiled potato
  17. Pav according

Instructions

  1. Pan main butter daal kr chopped onion, all the veggies and boiled potato as well as mentioned in the ingredients ...add all the spices also mentioned ..
  2. Add some water and sim the gas boil it for 15 minutes
  3. Mash the veggies
  4. Slightly aside the ready masala so that we can add butter in between it will covered the masala
  5. Now add the red chilli powder and add the pav bhaji ready masala and add the ginger garlic paste also add onion. And coriander
  6. Mix it well..and add little water and boil it for 5 min.
  7. Now eat with pav.
