Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice 90 per centboiled...2 cups
  2. Cauliflower ...1 cup florets
  3. Potato...1, peeled and diced
  4. Peas...1/4 cup boiled
  5. Capsicum...cubed...1
  6. Salt and pav bhaji masala to taste
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1 table spoon
  8. Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  9. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, fry cauliflower florets and diced potato and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add veggies, salt and pav bhaji masala and saute for 5 minutes
  3. Add rice and lemon juice and coriander leaves
  4. Serve
