Wash rice nicely and keep in water with 1 tsp salt for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a pan add cooking oil.
Add cumin seeds , after crackle, fry onions and ginger garlic paste and green chilly. After fry this add all the vegetables and all powder spices in it and cover the pan with lid.
Let it cook on slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile on another gas stove take a cooker put rice, curd, salt, and all whole spices and let it cook.
In a single whistle switched off the gas.
Now mix all the cooked vegetables in cooked rice and mix well.
Serve it hot with onion raita or some gravy.
