Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam masala, biryani masala and salt
Cook for 5 minutes
After that add the curd and off the gas flame
One layer of rice in big plate one layer of gravy repeat these method 3 three time
Garnish the fried onion
Wrap silver foil over big plate
Put the plate in gas range and on the low flame for 2 mint
Garnish with coriander and fried oinion
Serve hot
