it is a popular Bengali snacks with little twist of chocolate flavour
take maida,onion seed and salt in a bowl. mix them well.
add oil to it. mix well. kned a tight dough
divide them into two parts. to one part add coca powder and mix it well
cover them with wet kitchen towel for 30 mints
roll both plain dough and chocolate dough into square shapes
sprinkle some flour on chocolate chapati
place plain chapati on it
cut into 4 square shapes
take one square. sprinkle some maida and fold it
cut at equal interval on folded side
open it
apply some water and join the diagonal corners
join the other two ends to one point
final look
deep fry them till golden brown
