Usually we like to eat sweet gulab jamun but in Rajasthan gulab jamun in Gravy is a very famous dish. Today I make gulab jamun in Badami gravy. Almond make it so rich gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. half cup Mawa
  2. 2 spoon refined flour
  3. Some cashew nut
  4. Oil for frying
  5. One onion chopped
  6. Two tomato chopped
  7. 1 green chilli chopped
  8. 10 Almonds soaked in milk
  9. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. Haldi powder half spoon
  12. Coriander powder one spoon
  13. Garam masala powder one spoon
  14. One piece of cinnamon
  15. One tej patta
  16. 5 Black Pepper CrushEd
  17. Two cloves crushed
  18. Two green elaichi
  19. One big spoon oil

Instructions

  1. First take Mawa and refined flour in a bowl and mash it with your hand.
  2. After mashing well take some mixture and put a cashew nut and make a round gulab jamun.
  3. Make all the gulab jamun like that.
  4. Fry all the gulab jamun in hot oil on medium flame.
  5. Now for gravy take a vessel add oil half big spoon.
  6. Fry onion,tomato and green chilli in it.
  7. After sometime add soaked almond.
  8. Now switch off the flame.
  9. Grind this mixture smoothly.
  10. Again Take a kadai add oil.
  11. Fry cinnamon, tej patta,black pepper, green elaichi and cloves.
  12. Now put this grind mixture in it.
  13. Fry well and add red chilli powder,,turmeric powder coriander powder and salt.
  14. When mixture started to leave oil add half cup water.
  15. Bring it to boil.
  16. In the end add Garam Masala powder.
  17. Now gravy is ready.
  18. For serving in a bowl put some gulab jamun and pour gravy over it.
  19. Enjoy this Gulab Jamun gravy with chapati and naan.
