Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cottage cheese 250 gram
  2. mawa 100 gram
  3. fresh thick cream or malai 4 tablespoons
  4. All purpose flour 3 tablespoons
  5. onions 2 medium size
  6. green chillies 2 pieces
  7. curd 4 tablespoons
  8. cashews 3 tablespoons
  9. kishmish 1 tablespoon
  10. Melon seeds 2 teaspoons
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper powder 1 teaspoons
  13. cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  15. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  16. Oil for frying
  17. Ghee 2 tabledpoons

Instructions

  1. Take cottage cheese and mawa in a plate
  2. Add half malai in it
  3. Mix it well with all purpose flour
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper powder in it
  5. Mix well to make a dough
  6. Chopped 1 tablespoon cashews finely
  7. Mix chopped cashews with kishmish
  8. Soak rest of the cashews with melon seeds in 1/2 cup water
  9. Now take the cheese dough Make small balls on palm
  10. Flatten and fill some cashews kishmish mixture in it
  11. Make all koftas same way
  12. Close it and give cylindrical shape
  13. Deep fry on medium heat till golden
  14. In another pan boil chopped onions ,soaked cashews and melon seeds in 1 cup water for 3..4 minutes
  15. Grind it finely along with green chillies
  16. Now put a pan on heat
  17. Add ghee in it
  18. Add grinded onion mixture in it
  19. Fry well
  20. Add beaten curd
  21. Add 1 glass water
  22. Add salt, pepper powder,garam masala
  23. Take a boil
  24. Add fresh malai or cream
  25. Add sugar
  26. Add fried koftas
  27. Take a boil again
  28. Serve hot with naan or chapati
