This is an exclusive recipe of vegetable.can have this with naan,tandoori and phulka.this is healthy and very very yummy.because we all know that beet is very nutricious and good for our health.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grated beetroot
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/4 cup rice flour
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. 1 chop green chilli
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For Gravy---
  9. 1 cup chopped onion
  10. 1/4 cup almonds
  11. 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  12. 1 tbsp ghee
  13. 2 cardmon
  14. 1/4 tsp cinnemon powder
  15. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  16. 1/2 cup milk
  17. 1/2 cup cream
  18. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Grate beetroot
  2. Soak almonds and cashews
  3. Peel almonds
  4. Add almonds,cashews,chilli and onion and make paste in mixi
  5. Take beetroot paste,besan and rice flour
  6. Add salt and mix finely
  7. Heat oil and make koftas
  8. Then heat ghee in a pan and add onion cashew paste
  9. Saute it and cook
  10. When it leaves ghee add little water
  11. Now add salt and garam masala and cinnemon powder
  12. Then add milk and cook till thick
  13. Finally add cream and stir
  14. Our gravy is ready
  15. At the time of serving pour gravy in bowl and arrange koftas
  16. Garnish with cashews
  17. Serve hot
