Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs --2
  2. Avocado 1/2 diced
  3. Onions 1 small size diced
  4. Optional any peppers
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt n chill powder as per taste
  7. Cheese, butter n bread

Instructions

  1. In a pan add butter or oil, onions, avocado, coriander leaves, ( any other veggies optional), add salt, chilli powder n pepper powder and toss it for a minute.
  2. Crack the eggs and whisk it in a bowl and it to the pan and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toast the bread with butter, then put the cheese slice and the egg burji in the bread slices or dinner rolls . You add some chilli sauce or ketchup. Done :thumbsup:
