ABOUT Avocado Smoothie... RECIPE

A 3 ingredient super smoothie packed with loads of healthy fats and Potassium. A perfect blend with bananas that add the creaminess to it and even tastes much better than an icecream. Enjoy it chilled for a breakfast or prior to a mid day meal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Avocado cubed 2
  2. Milk 400 ml
  3. Bananas 2

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients to a luscious smoothie full of healthy fats and lots of Potassium.
  2. Add cold milk that has been boiled before.
  3. Just a 3 ingredient smoothie. Nothing more, nothing less.
