Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 3
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Finely chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
  4. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  5. Roasted cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Bread - 4 slices
  8. Butter - 100 gms

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl break the eggs.
  2. Whisk the eggs until fluffy.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  5. Add eggs and stir continuously.
  6. Add salt,roasted cumin seeds and coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Now stuffing is ready.
  8. Take a bread slice and spread the butter.
  9. Add 2 tbsp egg bhurji on the top of the bread.
  10. Cover this bread slice with other slice.
  11. Heat butter in a pan.
  12. Place the egg bhurji sandwich on medium flame and grill it.
  13. Spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
  14. Cut into two pieces.
  15. Serve hot with tea.
