A very traditional festive sweet.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan from 3 cup chaana dal
  2. Khoya/mawa 1 and 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee for moyan
  4. 2 and 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1 and 1/4 cup water
  6. Some chopped pistachio or almond
  7. Milk 1 cup or more for making dough

Instructions

  1. In besan add ghee for moyan.
  2. Make a dough with milk.
  3. Make muthiya, for this divide the dough in equal size balls.
  4. Hold the balls in your palm and close it to give a shape of muthiya.
  5. Deep fry these muthiya in ghee.
  6. Let it completely cool down.
  7. In a grinder, grind it and sieve the mixture.
  8. Mix khoya with the Mixture.
  9. Dissolve sugar in water on medium flame till one string consistency.
  10. Mix this with besan mixture.
  11. Garnish with chopped pistachio and almond.
  12. Cut into pieces.

Lovely dis umm mah most hai jo bhi ye dis banaya hai uske liye nice soo good.
