Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup coarsely ground chickpea flour
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 2 tbs milk powder
  5. 1 tsp elaichi powder
  6. 1 tbs mix dry fruits
  7. 3/4 tbsp milk for Dhabo
  8. 1 cup ghee

Instructions

  1. Crumble the flour with warm milk
  2. Rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Sieve the flour
  4. Make sugar syrup of 1 string consistency
  5. Take a pan, add ghee, add flour and saute for 12 to 15 minutes or until light and fragrant
  6. Add milk powder.
  7. Add sugar syrup in the sauteed flour.
  8. Mix till ghee come out of the mixture.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate.
  10. Sprinkle elaichi powder and crushed dry fruits.
  11. Let it rest for 7 to 8 hours.
  12. Cut into desired shape.
