ABOUT Hershey's Caramel Mohanthal RECIPE

This is the first time i have ever tried making the Mohanthal and instead of sugar syrup i have used the Caramel syrup and beleive me the taste is mind blowing

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Milk 2 tbsp
  3. Milk pwdr 1 tbsp
  4. Ghee 1 tbsp
  5. Ghee 1/4 cup for frying
  6. Hershey's Caramel syrup 4 tsp add more if u like it v sweet
  7. Nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take the besan , add the ghee and the milk
  2. Mix all up.It should like a crumble
  3. Heat ghee and add the besan mix.Keep stirring on slow flame till it turns brown
  4. It should be almost this brown
  5. Fry it on very slow flame and stir continuously. Do not burn the besan
  6. Gradually add the Caramel syrup
  7. Keep stirring and cooking till ghee separates
  8. Remove in a greesed thali and add sliced nuts.Press them a bit
  9. Cut squares and they are ready to serve
