Festive special chicken flowers in Hershey syrup

Ingredients Serving: 6

Chicken 250 gms
Hershey strawberry syrup 1/8 cup
Hershey caramel syrup 1/8 cup
Onion 2 nos
Green chillies 2
Coriander leaves a handfull
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Chicken masala 1 tsp
Basmathi rice 1/2 cup

Instructions

Dilute 1 tsp water in strawberry syrup and chocolate syrup.
Soak rice in diluted syrup for one hour or more
Dry roast pepper and cumin till aroma.
And powder them finely
Mince chicken finely without water
In a bowl add minced chicken, salt , masala powders , chopped onion, green chillies , chopped coriander leaves
And mix evenly
Drain syrup from rice and place rice in a wide plate
Make medium sized balls from chicken mixture and roll the balls in soaked rice till rice covers the balls evenly.
Steam them for 30 mins
When rice cooked to soft, remove from flame
Serve hot
