First sieve besan and Maize flour with salt.
Add sugar, lemon juice,haldi and curd, mix properly.
Now mix water and make a pouring consistency.
Rest it for 5 minute.
Take a steaming bowl and greased it.
Make a steamer ready to steam
Now in better mix eno or fruit salt and immediately put it in a greased bowl.
Let it cook for 5 minutes on high flame and after medium flame on 10 minutes.
Take a knife test, knife comes out clean, Dhokla is cooked.
Now prepare the tadka.
Heat a pan add oil and splutter Rai,Kari patta.
Add green chillies cut into slit.
Now add water and add lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Take a boil.
Pour it on Dhokla.
You can garnish Dhokla with grated Nariyal.
Chutney with chutney.
