Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makki atta/maize flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Clarified butter - 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Raisins - 1 tbsp
  6. Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  7. Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter on a pan.
  2. Roast makki atta on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance
  3. After stirring further for 10 - 15 mins add sugar and one cup of water.
  4. The makki atta absorb the water.
  5. Stir properly other wise lumps formed.
  6. The whole mixture cook for 7 - 8 mins.
  7. Add cardamom powder,crushed cashew nuts,almonds and raisins.
  8. Now makka flour is ready to serve
