Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup maize flour
  2. 1/2 cup gram flour
  3. 1 large chopped onion
  4. 2-3 green chilli
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Chopped fresh coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. As required water
  10. As needed oil

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add maize flour,gram flour,chilli,onion, fresh coriander and turmeric powder make semi thick batter for chilla.
  2. And rest it 10 min,after this add parking powder and mix it.take a pan grease the oil and spread the batter on pan and cook it on low flame 4-6 min.after this turn it and cook it again ...ready..:yum:
