Dhokla is one of the favourit snack in north India. It is originated from Gujrat. You can make it vey eaisly and trust me you will rock. So lets start.

Add gr flour, semolina, oil, curd, turmeric powder, 1 spoon sugar, 1/2 spoon salt and citric acid and mix well. Add small amount of water and make a lumps free paste.
Cover it with a plate and keep it for rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes add eno and stir well.
Now take a big vessel to boil water and pot a stand make a boil in water.
Now take another bowl and greased it inside.
Transfer the batter in to that greased bowl.
Keep this bowl on stand and cover with lid. Steam it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes check with knife, if it is clean, off the flame. Rest it for 10 minutes.
Now take a pan, add 1 spoon oil and heat it.
Now add black mustard, and slit green chillis.
Now add 2 cup water, sugar and salt. Now mix well. Take a boil in water. Add chopped coriander. Let it cool.
Now cut dhokla in to pices and spread water.
Your dhokla is ready.
