Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 750 gm
  2. Onions 4 big
  3. Garlic 50 gm
  4. Ginger 30 gm
  5. Tomato puree 3 tbsp
  6. Pomegranate seeds 30 gm
  7. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Curd 1/2 cup
  12. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  13. Salt
  14. Ghee 200 gm
  15. Butter 20 gm
  16. Bay leaves 2

Instructions

  1. Marinate mutton with curd vinegar and salt.
  2. Add ghee in cooker add bay leaves add ground paste of onion ginger garlic. Fry it and add tomato puree.
  3. Add mutton and spices and cook by stirring time to time till water evaporates. Add little amount of water if spices sticking at bottom of the cooker.
  4. Now add pomegranate seed paste. And butter. Cook for 5 minutes more. Add water and cook till mutton become tender around 30 minutes by putting lid.
