ABOUT Mutton Stew RECIPE

Its basically dry mutton, which is full of protein.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 750 gm mutton
  2. 6-7 chopped onions
  3. 7-8 tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 bowl ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 clove
  6. 2 bayleaf
  7. 2 cinnamon stick
  8. 2-3 mace
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 6-7 green chilli
  11. 2 tbsp mutton masala
  12. 1/2 red chilli

Instructions

  1. Wash mutton and keep aside
  2. Add oil in cooker now add bay leaf clove mace cinamon heat then add chopped onions
  3. Now saute for 5 mn add washed mutton dry roast till water absorb.
  4. Add mutton masala salt red chilli again dry roast.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes ginger garlic cover it for 10 mn in simmer flame.
  6. Dry roast when oil comes out add 1 cup water and take vissel.garnish with coriander leaves.
