1. For manchurian balls wash all dals and soak them in water for 6 to 8 hours.
2. At the time of cooking remove extra water from dal and add green chilly, ginger, salt, garam masala, amchur, jeera powder, saunf, hing, kasuri methi and pudina.
3. Make a thick fine paste.
4. Now pour extra light olive oil in pan and add dal bater. Rost it till dried and became powdered.
5. Now add boiled green peas to it and cook for another 5- 7 minutes. Remove from flame. Keeo it aside .let it cool. After it get cool make small balls from it
6. Now for gravy add extra virgin olive oil in pan and add garlic, ginger and green chillys
7. Now add onion and cook till onion became pink
8. Now add tomato sauce and cook for 3 minute
9. Add chilly sauce , soya sauce and vinegar. Cook for 2 minute
10. Add salt and little bit of water cook for 2 minute and add dal balls to it and cook for 2 more minutes.
11. Garnish with green chillys and sweet corn and serve hot
