Pressure cook with four cup of water and salt
Heat butter in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to crackle.
Add onion and saute till dark brown.
Add green chilly,tomato,ginger and green peas and cook in a medium flame.
When green peas are soft add whole moong dal and black pepper powder and cook for five mins
Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
