Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Boiled vermcili
  2. 1 cup oats powdered
  3. 1 cup grated carrots
  4. 1 cup shimla mirch
  5. 1 cup Chopped onions
  6. Salt acc to taste
  7. pepper accd to taste
  8. jeera powder accd to taste
  9. chaat masala accd to taste
  10. hung curd
  11. pudiana chutney

Instructions

  1. First boil the vermicili when it cool down add oats powder in it
  2. Add grated carrots,shimla mirch,onion mix it well make a dough and make a round shape
  3. Mix all seasoning mix it well roat the tikka on non stick tava when it is done add a drip of pudiana chutney and hung curd spread some pomegranates seeds serve it
