Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion:2
  2. Cabbage:1/4 kg
  3. Carrot:1/4 kg
  4. Ginger and garlic paste:2 spoon
  5. Green chilli:1
  6. Curry leaves : handful
  7. Red chilli powder:1 spoon
  8. Garam Masala:1 spoon
  9. Gram flour : 2 tablespoons
  10. Rice flour:1 tablespoons
  11. Salt:as required
  12. Oil: for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and grate all the vegetables. Cut onion in to thin slices.
  2. In a mixing bowl take all sliced onion, green chilli, curry leaves and grated carrot and cabbage.
  3. Add all the spices one by one and mix well
  4. Need not add water as the vegetables have wet content.
  5. Heat oil in a fry pan and drop Pakora once the oil turns hot.
  6. Fry till golden brown and crispy.
  7. Repeat the process till the mix is done completely.
  8. Serve hot with Sambar rice.
