Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Maggi Noodles [1 packet]
  2. Maggi masala [1 sachet]
  3. Chopped vegetable [onion, carrots, beans, spring onions or any other vegetable of your choice] - 1 cup
  4. Water
  5. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and saute till translucent.
  2. Now add the chopped vegetables and saute for few minutes till the vegetables are done but retain the crunch.
  3. Add salt and required amount of water, along with the maggi masala sachet.
  4. Once the water boils, add the maggi into it. Cook with occasional stirring.
  5. Cook till the noodles are cooked and mixture is dry enough. Serve hot.
