ABOUT Dry Aloo Gobi RECIPE

Potato and Cauliflower cooked with tomato and other spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2-3 Large potatoes cut into small pieces
  2. 1 medium cauliflower cut into small pieces
  3. 1/2 cup frozen peas
  4. 2 red dry chilly
  5. 1/2 tsp Paanchforon
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/ 4 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
  12. 5-6 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a flat pan.Add paanchforon,dry red chilly.Add the potatoes and cauliflowers.Add salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Add the frozen peas.Cook it on medium flame covered for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato pieces and red chilly powder.
  4. Cook it on low flame till the potatoes and cauliflower becomes soft,Add Garam Masala and serve.
