Its healthy because we use kaali jeeri which is healthy for heart

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gobi. 1
  2. Matar 1 cup open boil ki hui
  3. Cream half cup (you also use malai )
  4. Onion 4 midium size
  5. Oil for dry gravey
  6. Coriender leafs for garnishing
  7. Sabhi masala 1 spoo
  8. Haldi, ghaniya, mirch
  9. Black jeera and jeera

Instructions

  1. 1. You may cut and boil the gobi
  2. 2. Chop and fry two onion and test it other side.
  3. 3. Take a pan and use ginger.onion paste and fry it till the oil is left
  4. 4. Use spices in it and fry it
  5. 5. Use cream in it and again fry it
  6. 6. When the gravy is fried than add matar and godi in it. Add little bit amount of water in it cook it for minutes.
  7. 7. After cooked the veggies turn in to a bowl and garnish with fried onion and coriander leaf.
  8. Simple your recepi is ready to eat.
