Boiled basamati rice 2 cups
Oil 3 table spoon
Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
Green chilli paste 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
Chopped beans 1/2 cup
Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
Chopped spring onion 1 bunch
Coarinder leave 1/2 bunch
Garam masala 1 table spoon
Lemon salt pinch
White pepper powder 1/2 table spoon
Salt as per tase
For the fried gobi(cauliflower )
Gobi(cauliflower ) florest 2 cups
Maida (all purpose flour) 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
Red food colour pinch
Gobi 65 masala 1 table spoon
oil for deep fry
Water for making paste
salt as per taste
Instructions
Fried gobi preparation
In a bowl add maida, corn flour,chilli powder,gobi 65 masala ,salt,food colour, ginger garlic paste mix well
Add little by little water make a pouring consistency paste
Dip cauliflower florets and fry until crispy
Keep aside all fried gobi (cauliflower )
For fried rice preparation
In a wok add oil
Add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. saute a while
Add capsicum ,beans ,carrot and fry for 2 mins
Add cabbage and fry little and add spring onion
Add fried gobi mix well
Add cooked rice ,salt,lemon salt,white pepper,garam masala powder,mix all together sprinkle little water and let cook for 5 mins
Sprinke coriander leaves mix well
Gobi fried rice is ready...
Serve hot
