ABOUT Cauliflower rice RECIPE

This is a very spicy recipe and we can easily make it from leftover rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Grated cauliflower 1/2 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Cumin seed half tablespoon
  6. Onion one
  7. curry leaves
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. oil 2 tbsp
  10. Grated ginger garlic half tablespoon
  11. Pepper powder half tablespoon
  12. Mustard seeds half tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves and grated ginger garlic and saute it for 30 sec
  2. Add chopped onions and fry it for one minute
  3. Add grated Cauliflower and saute it for 2 minutes
  4. Add salt Green Chili pepper powder and mix well
  5. Once Cauliflower is cooked then add cooked rice and mix well
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well
