Poori made with Tomato is tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp coriander chopped
  4. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp nigella seeds
  6. Olive oil for frying
  7. Water to knead the dough
  8. 2-3 tomatoes
  9. 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Take tomatoes,put it in a blender,add salt and blend it.
  3. Add the tomato purée,turmeric powder,chopped coriander ,salt and red chilly powder in the wheat flour .Add 2 tsp oil and nigella seeds.
  4. Add water and make a soft dough out of it.
  5. Make Poori’s from the dough .
  6. In a flat pan,take oil and fry the poori’s.
  7. Flip and fry both the sides.
  8. Tomato Poori is ready.Serve hot with any gravy,
