ABOUT Pasta in Alfredo Sauce RECIPE

Pasta is a staple food of Italy. This chicken sausage,broccoli, peppers, pasta in rich cream sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 package refrigerated mozzarella cheese
  2. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  3. 4 chicken sasuges, cut into small pieces
  4. 3 tablespoons butter
  5. 8 to 9 small broccoli florets
  6. Red and yellow bel peppers -1/2 cups (cut into cubed)
  7. 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  8. 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  9. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  10. 1/4 cup 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted and little oil mixed water to a boil. .Add pasta. ook, stirring occasionally,cook until , about 6 to minutes or written at the back of the pasta packet.
  2. Drain the water through a strainer . Rinse with running water and then mixed with little oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat; cook and stir chicken sasuges in hot oil . Remove from heat.
  4. Melt butter in another pan over medium heat; cook and stir broccoli , red and yellow bel peppers and garlic powder until all the veggies begin to soften, about 3 minutes. Stir heavy cream into it and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese parsley, and salt. Continue to cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
  5. Stir sasuges and veggies into cream sauce. Simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
