This steamed pasta cake is a combo of flavours with healthy ingredients. Maggi Pazzta is all suji and full of fibre and proteins and addition of Oats and curd make it a complete meal. You will love the flavour of the cake. Do try once, it makes a perfect snack.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 4 packs Maggi Pazzta tomato twist flavour
  2. 1/4 cup oats
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. half cup yellow and red bell peppers finely chopped
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. salt to taste
  9. one fourth teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. take out the Maggi Pasta from the packets and grind them into a fine powder in a grinder
  2. Pulse them two to three times so that you get a very fine powder. Keep aside
  3. Now grind the oats to a fine powder in a grinder. Keep aside
  4. In a bowl add pasta powder, oats powder and curd and mix with little water and make a smooth batter and keep aside for 10 minutes
  5. In a pan heat oil, add garlic and saute for a minute.
  6. Now add onions and saute for a minute.
  7. Add the bell peppers and saute for a minute.
  8. Now add the pasta tastemakers and little water and mix nicely, cook for a minute.
  9. Now add this mixture to the curd mixture keep aside and mix properly
  10. Add salt according to your taste.
  11. Grease the mould with little oil and keep it ready
  12. Add 1 glass of water in a in a big vessel/steamer and let it come to boil
  13. Add baking soda in the batter and mix nicely.
  14. Pour the mix into the greased mould
  15. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes, till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  16. Let it come to room temperature, demould and serve with dip of your choice.
