Delicious Pazzta Cheese Bombs, easy to make and lip smacking in taste

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 70g Maggi Cheese Macaroni or Tomato twist flavour Pazzta packet
  3. 2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar
  5. 60g unsalted cold butter, cubed
  6. 50-60 g mozzarella cheese, sliced
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  8. 3/4 cup cold buttermilk
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  10. For Topping
  11. 2 minced garlic cloves or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  12. 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  13. 1.5 teaspoon Parsley
  14. 1 teaspoon Dill
  15. 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , mix flour sugar salt baking powder well , now add cold butter and using fork, mix until the mixture is crumbly
  2. Add the buttermilk and now knead it into a soft Dough, refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes
  3. Cook Maggi Pazzta Cheese Macaroni as per package instructions and keep it aside
  4. Preheat the oven to 190° , line a baking tray with a parchment paper or greased foil
  5. Dust the surface with flour, roll the dough into rectangular shape
  6. Cut the rolled dough into equal small rectangle sizes
  7. Place the Mozzarella cheese at centre on each rectangular piece
  8. Add little Maggi Pazzta on top
  9. Fold edges and tightly seal it completely and shape like ball. There should be no cracks on the balls. Place the cheese balls on baking tray leaving gap between them
  10. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile melt butter, add garlic powder, parsley, salt and dill. Mix and keep it aside
  11. While the garlic bombs are still hot brush with the above melted garlic butter. Serve hot
