ABOUT Nachos Indian Style RECIPE

Nachos are very famous in the mexican cusine. But here we have it in an Indian style.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Nacho chips - 500 gms
  2. Moong Sprout - 100 gm
  3. Green chilli - 1
  4. Garlic - 2 pods
  5. Coriander - a handful
  6. Green chutney - 1 cup
  7. Imli chutney - 1 cup
  8. Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  9. Hot water - 1 big cup
  10. Chopped tomatoes - 2 tbsp
  11. Nylon sev - 3 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First soak the sprouts in hot water for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain water and coarsely grind with garlic and green chilli.
  3. Add salt, chopped onion and tomato.
  4. Keep the moon dip in the middle. Top it with green and imli chutney.
  5. Garnish with nylon sev and coriander.
  6. Place the nacho chips all around the dip and serve.
