To make the red chutney heat the pan and add white sauce. For white sauce heat 1 tbsp butter and add 1tbsp maida. Stir it for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add 1 cup milk and let it boil . Now add salt and black pepper powder. White sauce is ready. Also add tomato sauce, dry herb, oregano, red chilli powder, grated cheese and boil for 1 minute. Red sauce is ready.
