ABOUT Nachos RECIPE

Nachos with mexican sauce and white sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For nachos:
  2. Makke ka aata 1 cup
  3. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  4. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Ajwain - half tsp
  7. oil for deep fry (oil as per required)as per required)
  8. For red sauce can use mexican sauce available in market
  9. For White Sauce:
  10. milk - 1 cup
  11. Cheese - 2-3 slices
  12. Black pepper - as per taste
  13. Salt - as per taste

Instructions

  1. For dough:
  2. Mix maida, corn flour, salt, ajwain and oil, make a dough and keep it for half an hour.
  3. Meanwhile prepare your sauce by mixing milk 1 cup and 2-3 slices of cheese and heat the both. When the mixture becomes thick, add salt and pepper and turn off the gas.
  4. Take dough and roll into thin roti and cut it into triangles.
  5. Then make sure oil is ready for frying.
  6. Deep fry all nachos.
  7. Then arrange it in plate and pour mexican sauce and cheese sauce on it.
