Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 - Boiled potatoes
  2. 2 Tablespoon - Boiled green peas
  3. 1/2 teaspoon - Garam masala
  4. 1/4th teaspoon - Coriander powder
  5. 1/4th teaspoon - Turmeric powder
  6. 1/4th teaspoon - Chili powder
  7. 2 tablespoon - Chopped coriander
  8. 1/4th teaspoon - Jeera powder
  9. 1/4th teaspoon - Amchur powder
  10. Some tamarind chutney
  11. A bowl​ of sev for garnish
  12. 1 - Chopped onion
  13. 1 - Chopped tomato
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1/2 teaspoon - Mustard seeds
  16. 1 tablespoon - Oil
  17. For the Tortilla : 1 Cup flour
  18. 2 teaspoon - Wheat flour
  19. 3 teaspoon - Rava
  20. Oil for frying
  21. Water for kneading the dough

Instructions

  1. Mix Rava and flour with some water and make a tight dough just as we make for samosas and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Then make small balls and roll out in circles​ and make some holes on it with a fork. Then fry this by giving a shape of Tortilla.
  3. Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and all the spice powders. Then add boiled vegetables and make the stuffing.
  4. Now place this stuffing inside the fried  Tortilla and then sprinkle some onions, tomatoes and drizzle with tamarind chutney and garnish with coriander leaves and Sev.
