ABOUT Crispy Funfilled Tacos RECIPE

Tacos is a traditional Maxican dish made by corn folded tortila which is filled by very healthy recipes. I made it in a very easy way so you can enjoy tacos at your home .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup maize flour
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1cup boiled kidney beans
  4. 4 tomatoes chopped
  5. 2 big onion chopped
  6. 1/2cup boiled corn
  7. 1/2cup chopped tricolour bell pepper
  8. 1/2cup chopped lettuce
  9. 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  10. 2table spoon chilli sauce
  11. 1 cup grated cheese
  12. 1/2cup saur cream
  13. 2table spoon oil
  14. Oil to fry tacos as required
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix flour, oil, salt and water to make a soft dough in it .
  2. Set aside and keep on rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out thin rounds like poori .
  4. Prick it with fork .
  5. Deep fry in hot oil on both side .
  6. Press and bend both sides in to a u shape while frying . Fry it till crisp and golden .drain on paper towels .
  7. Cool down and store in a air tight container.
  8. Mash kidney beans.
  9. Take a big bowl add tomato ,bell pepper ,corn ,onion ,lettuce salt chilli sauce and tomato sauce .mix well .
  10. Now take a taco ,place a lettuce mashed rajma ,add saur cream ,salsa (mix vegetables) tomato sauce and grated cheese in it .
  11. Serve tacos with salsa ,lettuce leaves and saur cream .
