Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Canneloni:- 1cup maida
  2. 1tsp oil
  3. 1/2tsp salt
  4. For stuffing:- 100 paneer mashed
  5. 30-35 spinach leaves steam and chopped
  6. 1/2tsp green chillies chopped
  7. 3tbsp white sauce
  8. Salt and pepper powder to taste
  9. A pinch of nutmeg powder
  10. For baking:- 3cups white sauce
  11. 3tbsp grated cheese
  12. 1cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. For Canneloni:- Combine all ingredients of canneloni and add water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. For stuffing:- Mix spinach, paneer, green chillies, nutmeg powder, white sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough into small thin rounds. Boil lots of water and add a tbsp oil to it.
  4. Cook the rolled out rounds in water for a minutes or till they float up in water.
  5. Fill each round portion with 1 tbsp of stuffing and roll it into cylindrical shapes.
  6. Arrange on a greased baking dish. Mix white sauce and tomato sauce.
  7. Pour over the canneloni and top with grated cheese.
  8. Decorate with tomato and capsicum slices.
  9. Bake in a hot oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes till the cheese has melted.
  10. Serve hot with garlic bread.
  11. Arrange on a greased
