For Canneloni:- Combine all ingredients of canneloni and add water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
For stuffing:- Mix spinach, paneer, green chillies, nutmeg powder, white sauce, salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough into small thin rounds. Boil lots of water and add a tbsp oil to it.
Cook the rolled out rounds in water for a minutes or till they float up in water.
Fill each round portion with 1 tbsp of stuffing and roll it into cylindrical shapes.
Arrange on a greased baking dish. Mix white sauce and tomato sauce.
Pour over the canneloni and top with grated cheese.
Decorate with tomato and capsicum slices.
Bake in a hot oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes till the cheese has melted.
Serve hot with garlic bread.
