Canelloni is a type of pasta which in cyclindrical shape n that is most demanded recipe by kids.i make healthy version of cannelloni which filled with corn, mushroom n spinach .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup plain flour
  2. 1/2cup fine semolina
  3. 1tsp orgeano
  4. 1tsp Italian seasoning
  5. 1tsp chilli flakes
  6. 1tsp black pepper
  7. 1cup chopped mushroom
  8. 1/2 chopped capsicum
  9. 1cup chopped spinach
  10. 1spoon sun dried tomatoes
  11. 1/2 cup corn
  12. 1 cup milk
  13. 1 tsp nutmeg
  14. 1tbsp salt
  15. 1 tsp garlic powder
  16. 1 tsp fresh ginger
  17. 1spoon oil
  18. 1tsp butter
  19. 1spoon mozeralla cheese

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add plain flour, orgeano, semolina n salt mix well ,add 1 spoon oil and with the help of water make soft dough.n keep aside for 1/2an hour.
  2. Now take a pan with 2 cup water let it boil now add chopped mushroom & spinach let it boil for 5-6 min strain it . keep aside.
  3. Now take a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil crushed ginger ,capsicum & dried tomato saute it now add boiled spinach , mushrooms & corn mix well.
  4. Now knead dough , take small portion of dough & roll like chapati .
  5. Cut in 4 equal shape , make it Square now stuff the mixture & cover with the help of water.
  6. Do same process with all. now preheat oven at 200 degree celsius.
  7. Grease the mould put all cannelloni spread white sauce & let it bake for 10-15min.
  8. Now take out and serve hot.
